VOTE BY MAIL

The safest way to vote

JGR_VoteByMail.png

The safest way to vote in the upcoming June 23rd primary election is to vote-by-mail. The good news is that you can now request your ballot online. I am working hard to earn your vote to win Democratic nomination to be your representative in the State Assembly. But to bring about the change our community needs and deserves, we need to make sure that everyone votes.

Corona, East Elmhurst, Jackson Heights, and Woodside have been devastated by the coronavirus pandemic and we must take every precaution to keep everyone safe.

To prevent the community spread of COVID-19, all registered voters may apply to vote by mail by requesting an “Absentee Ballot” to vote in the upcoming primary election. Applications for absentee ballots will be mailed to all registered voters. Please check the box for “Temporary Illness” on the application. The definition of ‘temporary illness’ has been expanded to include everyone due to the pandemic. These ballots will include prepaid postage to send the ballot back. You must send your ballot no later than June 23rd.

You can request an absentee ballot on here: NYC Board of Elections

If you have any question or concerns about voting by mail or how to receive a ballot, please react out to our campaign. You can call us at (917) 794-4062 or email us at: team@votejgr.com
